GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I've really enjoyed the variety of clubs and other extracurriculars that have been presented to me through the school. In addition, I appreciate the challenging and rigorous courses that are offered. I'm not sure what I would like to see changed at this moment.

Overall I had a really great high school experience at Naperville Central. Moving from out of district and starting new freshman year, I feel like it was a very good environment to become acclimated with. I wish we would've had more duel enrollment and AP courses offered to help with transfer credits for college.

Every time I go to school I feel very safe. I never have any concerns about my safety or the peers that go to school with me. The teachers also are very friendly and add to the safe feel of the school. I hate the food offered at our school, it is marketed as healthy but how can pizza and nachos be healthy.

The school itself is amazing. anything that touches sports activities is a terrible trauma for young people. especially for team activities, and especially for cheerleader girls. coaches are very uncompetitive, they choose their favorite children or the children of their friends. everything is done...

This school completely ignores students’ mental health. Kids barely function with sleep deprivation in order to keep up with workload and activities. There is pressure to do 2 to 4 year degrees, dismissing students going on other pathways.

I rate my experience with this school a 10 out of 10. The teachers and the staff are top notch.

My school is pretty rad, except, there are a lot of people doing lots of drugs. The academic system is pretty good, although there should be more help for struggling students without blatantly exposing their flaws. The Homecomings are ... awesome. -ceramic's student
