Dr. Buon is probably the best administrator in this district. Balmville School is a great school. The school was given special ed classes to save money and the issues come from not having staff to service the kids the district moved in there. Our child went K-5 there. After having children in this school for several years, I am disappointed. I feel like this school is just going through the motions. There is a lack of consistency with staff and policy. Horrible place to get an education. Just stay away if you can. Old building. Gym has holes in the floors. Horrible for kids with special needs
