I went to Northampton High School during a time of large change. We were undergoing a large drop in faculty due to some issues with administration and specifically after the pandemic hit. However I was still able to have a high school experience. The faculty are very personable and kind, I know a lot of other students who would agree that they were able to form good relationships with the teachers.

Overall good and definitely seemed to be one of the better public schools in the area. Administration was really awful when I graduated in 2023, hope there is some overturn there soon.

Isn't focused on being academically challenging, is somewhat engaging, but the community of the school can't be beat. Super accepting, you are allowed to be yourself, and a safe and open space. School food isn't good, There is a mixed bag of teachers ranging from absolutely brilliant to meh, and an actually pretty good sports program. I don't have much experience in the visual arts, but I believe it's good, Music and Theater is great, well-rounded STEM departments, okay in Liberal Arts. Admin had some rough spots, but it seems to be okay now. All around, a pretty good school, with a more relaxed, less anxious atmosphere than high schools in the past.
