GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Literally this district has lost there focus on the kids. I recently graduated and in terms of treatment and help to the people like me. We wouldn't get the extra help we would need and the staff would just move away and do other things that they think is more better for them. The Community engagement isn't really there and the school hunts down the kids like they are criminals over events of what have happened over the last 4 years I been at the school's high school. Cause frankly to be quite honest. I think other school districts nearbye are getting better in all aspects of school to be honest. Pleasant hill can bring in all of their money they want from out of district transfers. The school has lost since of saying home with in-district kids only in the schools. I'm personally sad that the school still allows that.

Pleasant Hill High school has some really great teachers dedicated in making your learning experience great. However, some teachers lack enthusiasm because they are very close to retirement. What the school lacks in the learning department gets made up by the social environment. It's easy to make friends that you fit in well with and not have to worry about bullying or hazing.

I liked that everyone was welcome, and that everyone was able to experience diverse things. I would like to see more access to college education in the future.

Bullying is out of control. Students are so rude and awful. The teachers favor students all the time
