I wouldn't recommend going here. The teachers aren't very good teachers and I don't think I learned much.

I would like to see more engagement with students. When applying to UCs and California states, we had very few workshops and only once a week. This was also closer to the deadline, leaving us with less time. They also did not provide much help with personal insight questions.

Pomona High School has played a big part in my life. The teachers are supportive, and the variety of programs and extracurricular activities, like varsity wrestling and the school book club, have helped me grow. Winning an award for my documentary on the Voting Rights Act of 1965 in the National History Day LA County competition was a major highlight.

I dislike this school very much I don't understand the teachers and how they work. They never try to grade work on time. This school is also very small. I don't like how they don't offer many options for a choice of classes. The teachers are very lazy even from honors classes and they allow anyone t...

Teachers work very hard to help students achieve their goals, and those who wish to be successful do very well here. The school graduation rate is 94% now, many...

Pomona High School proved to be a very good beginning for my 2 daughters. Both graduated and continued their education through college. My oldest went on to earn a masters degree in business. My youngest, now 32 years old, went on to graduate and is now a successful writer. I truly hope that the com...
