Awful. 3rd grade teacher is spiteful by withholding homework, lied about one parent to the other and refuses to work with both parents in a divorce situation.

My students never experienced bullying in this school, so I cannot speak to this experience. They did, however, learn how to write effectively with description, voice, and proper grammatical conventions.
