Cypress serves some kids who bring more than their share of challenges to school. That affects its test scores and such. The school does not ensure that children have an environment in which they can learn and understand the importance of reasonable rules, limits and consequences. Every experience I've had with Cypress Elementary has been positive, love the smaller size of the classes, and the cleanliness of the school.
