Problematic teachers are kept well protected as good teachers. The school district is very protective. You bring any issues to their attention; the kid and the parents are blamed and are banned from school communications. They reward bad behavior from teachers. For public, this little school does a great job. Admin and teachers are helpful and nice and more important available if needed. Low key school that my kid liked.
