Loads of ways to stay in contact with teachers. Met my counselor once a year and she knows my name in the hallways. Choir and theater classes are amazing with chances for community service, good friends, and honing the craft! Anatomy elective was The Best Class Ever!!

I think the school should focus their budget on other things not just sports wise. A lot more diversity would be great as well. Students should be able to explore one another's cultures.

The nice thing about McQueen is that it has a smaller campus and engaged students. Overall, there's not many fights or drama, and the teachers and security do a really good job keeping the school a drug and vape-free space. The teachers have thus far been really good for a public school, but the fine arts and sports departments aren't amazing.

My son goes to Mc Queen and loves it! He’s in marching band and takes AP’s and honor subjects. Teachers and staff are great and takes time to listen to the students concerns. I’m glad we move to this neighborhood for my son to have a great school.

This school has gone down hill fast. Their only emphasis is sports. Academics is awful, they leave students behind in the dust and do not try and help ones who are struggling.
