Chamberlayne Elementary school was built in 1961 and was named after the surrounding neighborhood of Chamberlayne Farms. This community was built on land that was once an open-pasture field used as a landing strip by local aviation enthusiasts. Today the campus features a playground with a picnic area under the shade of trees, an outdoor basketball court and Little Library. Children can wait beneath a shelter at carpool pick-up or attend after-school programs such as “Love to Program with LEGOS” and “Our Kids Code”. There’s not even a rating for the school it’s a very horrible I would not even send the pope there. This is the worst school ever had for my children. I used to be a teacher and I feel so bad for all these children and their Safety and education.
