Very accessible sports and club activities however they have obvious preferences on what they focus on. Primarily Ag, Football, Girls League and CSF get funding and almost all other things are kinda disregarded. ALSO if you don't live here in the area it's not a good trasitory school the town/school students are mega conservative and if you're not used to it that will be a big jump

Being a small town in the San Joaquin Valley, Ripon High is known for safety and is one of the few schools in the area with an open campus, with access to great lunch only a block from downtown Ripon. As far as sports go, Ripon High is great in many sports, but stands out for its golf excellence, holding the TVL league title for 20+ years in a row. The staff is incredibly productive and helpful, and is dedicated to each class and individual. My experience has been great, with many STEM pathways opening doors for future success. Overall, despite the small size, Ripon High School has huge benefits.

As a parent of a Ripon High student, I am thankful for the variety of AP, Honors, and dual enrollment classes available to the students. The theater club is not well supported and no Science Olympiad team existed until this year, but students are allowed and encouraged to establish clubs and programs that they're interested in.
