As a public school that you gain admission to through a lottery system, the school is smaller than most high schools and has a private school feel. The teachers are very experienced and a lot of them have been here over 5 years. There is a great student to teacher ratio and with the high school grades having less than 100 kids per grade, the teachers know the children and there is a lot of room for working one of one with teachers when needed. I feel that i am seen and heard at Stem

Good overall, just no sports and clubs are low and no funding goes to them. Their teaching is very good and the teachers are very good at teaching their students the way it wants.
