I really like how the school gives students many opportunities for their students to be successful ,But I would like to see is extra transportation when there is afterschool activities. Another thing that can be improved is the lunch and drinks because the school district food and drinks isn't the best looking or tasting .

Overall, I appreciate the opportunities available at Park Hill South, especially the LEAD program & the extracurriculars offered. The two things that I would like to see improved are the quality of provided meals, which is mediocre, and the building itself; the PHS facility is average, but is somewhat old and compared to the LEAD program building feels cramped and outdated.

My sophomore year at Park Hill South some students started a petition to bring back racism. The school had a very mature response and has since started a Sense of Belonging committee that helps to guide students, teachers and administration down the right path. This was a drastic and needed shift for our school and I see the benefits of this committee every day.
