I think that I have a very unique perspective of Henry High School because of my varying interests. I am heavily involved in the theater arts in many capacities, and henry has an amazing theater space and facility, but it lacks the interest, community, and strong mentors to fill that space to the best of our abilities. I try to involve myself in events with the theater program, but they always fall short in my eyes because of the things I had mentioned. As a "theater kid," I would kill to put on a production in the Henry Theater, but I don't have the interest because of this lack of quality experience. On the other side of the coin, I am a robotics/engineering person, and Henry has created fantastic opportunities for. Using the high-tech opportunities like welding, laser-cutting, 3D printing, and the like has created some great experiences, especially since I plan on going into engineering for college. In addition to doing all of those things in class, using quality software was great.

Starting off as a freshmen till now as a Junior, my experience at this highschool has been amazing. There are so many classes to choose from because of their wide variety of AP and honors classes and each teacher is so more than qualified to teach in their subject. If I could recommend any high school to anyone, Patrick Henry Would be the one.

PHHS has been a very good school. Although nothing is perfect, I feel as though my experience here had adequately prepared me for college. There are many sports, clubs and organization to become involved with and meet friends.

The courses are boring and too easy. There is no intellectual stimulation for GATE students. The principal treats parents with disrespect. The best thing about this school is that the custodial staff keep it super clean.
