Taft is a wonderful middle school. It is very diverse. There are students from all over the world, and from many different social classes. The teachers do a wonderful job of teaching. The staff is very communicative. The main downside is that the students are not well behaved at this school. The staff has done a great job of dealing with the behavior issues. Nevertheless, that is the greatest concern for this school.

Run away. Your child is not safe here. Seriously, it is unsafe. My child was assaulted there in PE and now has a potential fractured growth plate in his arm, wearing a cast.
