Transferred from Carolyn Clark after moving down 1 street, wish we could've stayed at CC. Evergreen elementary is much smaller, and ran poorly. Teachers are lacking in overall character, communication from staff is very poor, PTA is very unorganized and lacks initiative. Evergreen lost over 100 stud...
