I was enrolled in this middle school during the Recession of 08-09. Times were tough and many programs were cut because of that. It made school not that entertaining since the programs cut were the fun ones. School tried to make the school environment more fun. There were some great teachers, the history departments had some of the best teachers.

The bullying, personal safety and special security measures all are a common problem at san leandro high school. two police are dedicated to the safety services and we dont have a school nurse, and very limited on resources. i don't find my school safe for anyone.

I don't use the bathrooms at school but I can tell you one thing is that it gets extremely hot in the winter since everyone at school has the heater on full blast. You'll sweat like a pig inside.
