Although I love this school with my life, it has many, many problems. Just a week ago a hundred students were left wating outside in the cold as their 1 minute tardiness turned into 15 cause the admin is more intent on punishing us rather than fixing the fact that there is one, very congested entrance to the school. The art and science departments are probably the best in the county, at least I would say, and the student body is great.

Signal Mountain Middle High School felt like more a prison than a school. The administration and a handful of teachers have some sort of god complex and made life at this school miserable. Everyone gets punished here, whether you're a good student or a bad student.

Signal Mountain Middle/High is a high preforming school with rigorous classes and many strong teachers. The school is not diverse, but neither is the community. There are many sports offerings and clubs and activities. I have enjoyed my four years of high school there.

We were very excited to have a nice public schoo...

This area is a safe area but woke has hit this school as well. Counselors and advisors are very subjective about including parents. If your child has emotional issues, then currently, you will often be left out of meetings/discussions, advising your child. I know from experience. If the student is w...

Very nice community! The teachers are very helpful, and I have learned more here than other schools with a heavier work load. It is a wonderful school.
