Honestly, I've loved attending SSHS because of the endless opportunities for the performing arts. However, there are also a lot of negatives within the school, such as racism, poor academic teachers, sexual harassment, etc.

I love my school, but there are many things that could be improved. The arts program is amazing, but there are absolutely no sports. The academics are incredible, but some teachers don't really set us up for success. Overall, Santa Susana High School is a wonderful place to be if you love music, dance, theater, or art.

The Pre-med pathway is ok. If you like dance, stage craft, computer science, and engineering this is the school for you.

No sports, no fights. This is a performing arts high school. Teachers are great with only a few exceptions (even then, they still aren't as bad as other places). Excellent school in many areas. Great academics, multiple options for interests such as performing arts, science and technology, visual arts, mock trial, robotics, etc. Staff and teachers really care about students.
