absolutely awful school, bullying happens all the time and rarely is cared about, weed, s3x, and drugs happen all of the time in bathrooms. drugs bought and passed around left and right. homophobia, sexism, racism, ableism, etc. are extremely present in students, despite the school claiming to be progressive in these views. kids with neurodivergency or mental disabilities are treated less than and teased by other students. students with IEP or 504's plans are neglected and belittled. little to no communication with parents and/or students, and now theyre trying to steal our property (phones) in school due to a new policy. because of my mental illnesses and disabilities (autism, depression, anxiety) i was often treated like a kid or bullied, and nothing has been done about this. i would skip school or leave the building because it was so upsetting for me. traffic is insane and they have done nothing about it despite there being many solutions. learning is alright if your neurotypical.

I liked the offered classes at Hamilton Wenham Regional High School. They provide opportunities for students to take classes that interest them. They offer both mandarin and Spanish as foreign language options and the school has done a good job preparing students for college.

Some things that i like about HWRHS are the teaching staff, the school spirit, the academics, and the sports. however, every school has its faults, and while HWRHS has very little, it has its fair share of faults, such as the small size, the below-average food, the lack of a turf field, etc.

I went to this school and I switched after my sophmore year. I have lived in beverly and I was treated differently by the staff because I didn't come from a high income house hold. I know this for a fact because I wasn't and I'm not the only one treated like this.

Bullying at this school is tolerated. Kids treat others with humiliating disrespect and nothing is done.

I currently have two teenagers at this High School and have been impressed overall. They have both had excellent and horrible teachers and administrators with many in between which is probably the case at any high school. Departments such as History, English, Theater, Biology, Spanish, Art, and Athl...
