If you’re a single parent of color this is not the school for your child. The principal went out of her way to only notify my sons white mother anytime he had behavioral issues and even interjected in our court battle to testify on her behalf for some reason rather than being a neutral party. All the staff really care about the students success. They have a pre-k program and after school activities. My kid learned how to read in kindergarten. I highly recommend Maple Elementary.
