The education is very good. Diversity could be better. The only problem I've found is that there is a lot of racism on campuses and teachers/faculty don't do anything to stop it.

SMS creates a welcoming and friendly environment for academics and utilizes tools to motivate students to reach above and beyond their potential. The anti-bullying zone is enforced and students are educated on accepting diversity. The excellent education and extra curricular activities make for the...

SMS provided an excellent 6th grade experience. The teachers are dedicated and the teachers working with the students during the extra curricular activities went above and beyond.

Suffern Middle school is in the Ramapo Central School district. Teachers and staff are excellent. Many clubs and sports for kids to participate in. Both of my children received an excellent education here.
