Students get away with terrible behavior because they are (supposedly) gifted and are given free rein. Majority are special needs. Teachers of varying abilities come and go. High employee turnover. Academics not emphasized. Facilities desperately need updating. No green space. No cafeteria. No teacher lounge.

We love Helios. The school is doing an incredible job in developing and challenging gifted kids. The program has a very thoughtful individualized approach to ensure each child learn at proper level with learning 360 degree skills.

Our highly gifted son attended Helios for K this year and it was not a good experience.- Inexperienced teachers: The teachers in our class did not have the classroom under control.
