GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Franklin pierce is a school that I grew up at. The student leadership team is really what brings the school to life. Not only does it bring it to life it gives the school so much character. My worst experience at Fp was probably not being able to use the bathroom without someone smoking. My best experience is when I was going through a very rough time I had staff that were there for me and it wasn't over looked or over seen. Fp is good with making kids feel heard. They try to make everyone feel comfortable. One thing I would like to see change is the tolerance for smoking in the bathrooms and people feeling in titled to be rude to certain people because they "look scary". Overall Fp is an average high school. But not a high school I'd have my children go to.

The best experience I had in this school is with the teachers. The teachers at this school really care for you, all you have to do is communicate. They are the type of teachers that do everything for you and as you move on in life through school or work, when reflected back on, you know that they are the reason you are where your at. The worst experience is some students. Some students end up doing what they want without facing any real consequences and that has big impacts on other students and what they think is right.

i like franklin pierce highschool. the teachers are honestly great and actually connect with the students. they hold events and recognize everyone. me being a running start student is the only downside about my school because we don't get informed about much and if we do it's usually short notice. that's the only thing i would change about my school

School district policy 3211 allows teachers to refer to all students with “they them their” pronouns, regardless if the student is LGBTQIA+ and specifically does not want to be addressed by those pronouns. Teachers abuse this policy, referring to students as they them their routinely, and school lea...

Good school until you need mental help. I talked to my counselor about having fleeting suicidal thoughts and i was told to "not return until you have a plan with a therapist and a social worker." I missed months of school, and am completely off track to graduate.

After reading the reviews I was very afraid for my daughter going there being new from Tennessee. It may have been bad for them but my experience with this school has been wonderful . Mr Hartley is one amazing principle hope he stays while my daughter completes high school . I can't say anything bad...
