Taft Union High School tries their best to make everyone feel welcomed. They offer the best resources for the benefit of their students. There are dual enrollment courses, clubs, sports and activities. The teachers and staff are all kind and positive people. I've advanced in my studies by taking dual enrollment classes and participation in AVID. I honestly wouldn't change anything about my school.

What I like about my school Taft Union is that we have the best staff here. They are always so friendly and the most encouraging teachers I have met. Their always trying to make the school a better place and I appreciate that. If there was anything I could change about the school I would change the school spirit. I would love to see our school with kids dressing up on dress up days or showing up to the events. If I could go back to being a freshman I would've dressed up for it all and went to every school event.

One thing I specifically appreciate about Taft Union High school is its involvement with Taft College. They offer many courses we can take in high school that will put us ahead of the game.
