I have been at Temecula Prep since I was in kindergarten. To me, it is more than just a school. It is nearly a part of my identity. It has become my second home, for better or for worse. It is a small school, but I know everyone around me, and I love that. The social environment is incredibly unique because of it, and I feel like I know everyone around me. The teachers and gifted and empathetic. They make learning enjoyable, and I think that being at that school my whole life has encouraged me to love academia. While there are flaws to the school, like anything, I love that school and wouldn't change it for the world.

The facilities are mostly portables, and the need for permanent buildings should be addressed, as well as increasing activities.

I really liked the rigorousness of the school. It really gives you a feel of what it will be like to be in college. In fact, most claim that it's harder than most colleges. Though I will say management was really hit or miss, especially with one of our greatest teachers being fired for unjust reasons. And teachers were hired that were really poor at their crafts, such as the English and Art teachers in specific.

Newer head of school is educator and appears to be cleaning house. Previous head, Phillips, involved in non virtuous, inappropriate relations with staff. Was allowed to RESIGN but repeated behavior out of state. It's factual and searchable.

We’ve had all three of our kids at TPS for over 8 years. Overall we are pleased with the education they have received. No school is perfect. I’ve seen what my kid’s friends have learned from Chap and BV & I can tell you there is no comparison. TPS by far has a better curriculum and structure. Kids w...

This is a great school! Is a hard curriculum and I feel sometimes is a lot of stress with all the homework and tests, but at the same time I know is a good thing and they will be 100% prepared when going to college. If you are trying to get in this school I would recommend starting from kindergarten.

I'm a former student of TPS. I enrolled as a junior, expecting an engaging education with philosophical discussions, I did not get that. I would not recommend this school for students coming in the middle of high school. Learning here felt like any other public school with more homework. Many of the...
