Lansingburgh Senior High School isn't a bad school it's just the people that go there. I would love to see them have more events.

I really liked the after school opportunities such as clubs, sports, and art programs. I didn't like the curriculum. The school works students to graduate, rather than aim for a higher goal. There are very few AP classes and don't offer a wide range of college courses. Lastly, they only offer one foreign language.

LHS was where i spent 4 years of my life, the teachers are great for the most part. Some more strict than others but i found not many students cared about school. people often cut class and many students came to school under the influence.

One of the best schools in the area, all the teachers and staff were extremely caring and helpful regardless of if I was their student or not. I got into my college of choice with no problem because of their dedication to their students.

Grew up in the area, went through the school system, went to Burgh, played soccer, did plays, had great teachers graduated last year and now play soccer in college. Go Burgh

I am a former student of LHS and now my kids attend. Great Facility, Awesome Teachers and a wonderful community feel. People rally around each other in time of need and are quick to help out.
