Valley View Elementary is a public school located at 5361 Sisson Dr., in the city of Huntington Beach. The school enrolls approximately 400 students and serves transitional kindergarten through fifth grade. Home of the Dolphins, Valley View Elementary strives to offer a rigorous academic curriculum of excellence that carries over into the future lives of each student. The school provides a challenging curriculum of core classes in science, math, social studies, language arts and reading. In addition, Valley View Elementary sponsors a gifted and talented enrichment program which is available for students who require a more challenging academic curriculum at an accelerated pace. Valley View proudly offers an English/Spanish Dual Language Immersion Program which features a half day of learning in English and a half day of Spanish with the goal of teaching students to speak, write and read fluently in both languages. Valley View proudly launches their new Marine Science division as part of the school’s science program featuring wet and dry Marine Science classroom labs. In addition, Valley View Elementary offers a before and after school program which is designed to develop student’s social skills and boost self-esteem. Featured enrichment classes include art, music, exercise, sports and nutrition.

The majority of the teachers are good. The school staff is awful and rude. Very difficult to work with. Good luck receiving a thoughtful response from them, and being treated like an adult instead of a student.

Village View Elementary School is a wonderful and inclusive school! We have a variety of Special Education Programs as well as highly trained staff members.
