GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have been here my whole life since 6th grade until 12th I'm about to graduate. I will miss the school and teachers and of course my friends now that I will start my new experience in college and I am really proud of myself.

Columbia Heights Education Campus is a very fun and diverse high school. You're automatically accepted by everyone, and you can easily connect to people there. The cafeteria food needs some changing, but the salad bar that they have is too good.

The best experiences I had in CHEC is knowing that there are teachers who actually support you. Some of my worst experiences in this school was some of the security people were rude to parents and students, I do not like that.

I would have to say that as a parent what I have seen this school year is truly appalling. The MS administration is definitely not capable of handling the amount of kids in the middle school. The classrooms are crowded and it is difficult for students to get individual help if needed. My child has c...

I graduated in 2011, and I’m now studying to become a PE teacher there. I have a great relationship with the teachers, students, (hopefully in the future with parents), and administrative staff here. When I first started the school in grade 6, I didn’t know a single word in English and only spoke Fr...
