I went here for four years, and was not exactly the model student. However, I managed to have a great experience at La Quinta and managed to make many friends that helped support me throughout my time there. I had many teachers who supported me through my years, and I thank them for their help in my education and learning. However, I acknowledge that there are certain areas in need of improvement. Most urgently is the aesthetics of the school.

La Quinta High School is a great school that is academically oriented and has a top ranking within the school district. In my experience, La Quinta has challenged me in many ways, pushing me towards improvement and full preparation for college. Although I believe the school could incorporate a more lively student-campus environment, the school overall is a place that I am happy to attend.

There are many things that could be changed. For example, the food could be better and cooked to make sure the food isn't raw, which is an issue sometimes. Rules aren't enforced and there is a lack of any nature because someone cannot be bothered to take care of greens.

The teachers were really kind! I had Sr. Kikawa and he was always encouraging our class to learn Spanish every day with a smile on his face. He also interacts positively with students and makes fun jokes.

The principal is female so not sure if prior reviewer from 2022 who mentioned a male was referring to one of the 4 vice principals. School seems well organized and divides students up by alphabet for counselors to ensur...

This school has many good teachers and many teachers that are just going through the motions. The administration is uninvolved with the students. The principal maybe knows the names of 50 student. The principal and the majority of his supporting staff are unsupportive of the teachers when they ask f...
