The Willits Charter School is a very accepting environment of any and all individuals that join its community. Many of the teachers genuinely care and advocate for the students on a daily basis, the schoolwork is exception and meets state requirements (as far as I'm made aware), and a lot of opportunity is in store.

Great atmosphere. They really care about my children. The school is open to parent input. All students are encouraged to go to college.

Some teachers are great! Others tell students to get abortions, give minors alcohol, etc. It's very hit or miss.

They put off my request for an IEP meeting and the teachers( including the resource specialist) were unwilling to provide classroom accommodations and alternate assigments for my son with Dyslexia and Dysgraphia.
