My child loved their first few years, but this year has been a nightmare. The bullying is out of control and ignored until you nag them to death to do something. I will be transferring my child to a new school for next year

Harlan is doing great things this year. It is under new leadership (new principal), school pride is high, and students are engaged and ready to learn. All the Harlan teachers I have met truly care about their students. The atmosphere is really positive!
