We LOVE NLA. There is a deep sense of community among families. We are grateful for not just what they learn inside the classroom, but the that the philosophy plays out in how the school functions. The staff and teachers are quick to know, love, and intentionally walk with your child.

Pretty disappointing. Very rigid conservative ideals. Hard to fit in. Tuition is expensive and many penalties and extra fees which are confusing. I should have been suspicious when they advised I seek legal counsel to have my child attend.

NLA is a wonderful school filled with a loving community and many service, leadership, sports, and athletic opportunities!

Sub-par music education. Do not send your children here if you care about a quality musical education. Most of middle school choir program is singing contemporary Christian music. Band combines grades 6-12 resulting in extremely low standard of excellence for student musicians. No orchestra option.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. This school is homophobic, and told my kid to stop going to therapy, because they were missing 30 minutes of school ever two weeks. They were on top of their homework and everything. After that my kid got COVID and missed two weeks of school (they were fine, but kept test...

We've had a great experience at New Life Academy. We've been attending for 15 years now and our 3 kids have genuinely loved attending NLA. Our youngest never wants to leave because he likes spending time with his friends.
