Will Grey’s Anatomy Couple Move to Boston?

Who else was completely upset at the Grey’s Anatomy season finale? I know I can’t be the only one. Although we were left hanging, there is hope that Meredith and Derek will survive the plane crash and make it to Boston for their rewarding future as planned. Since they’re going to have a lot on their plate, we thought we’d help them out by scouting out a few potential homes that would be appropriate for Meredith, Derek, and baby Zola in the Boston area. This cute 2 bedroom apartment located at 440 Commercial is a comfortable 1,150 square feet. The wooden floors as well as the wood paneled kitchen really give it a homey feel, something that will help the family feel “at home” after the tragic accident, especially since Meredith’s old home also had wood flooring.

It also has an amazing rooftop view which they can enjoy after a hard day of work. Who wouldn’t want to gaze out at the amazing Boston skyline?

This next apartment is dreamy like McDreamy’s eyes. Too cheesy? The entrance of the home is very welcoming and the pillar compliments the wood flooring even more. Located at 100 Fulton St, this cozy spot has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is spacious with 2,163 square feet. I’d say the perfect size for 3 people.

The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Wood paneling and marble tops? Yes please! What do you guys think of this one?

This third apartment is very vintage and classic seeing that it was built in 1860! It has been renovated, and renovated perfectly at that. Located at 163 Marlborough Street, this apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a little smaller than the previous one at 1,610 square feet.
GA Apt 3 Bay window
The dining area offers bay view windows with a nice view. I can imagine Meredith, Derek, and Zola all sitting here appreciating the view during their morning breakfast or family dinner.

The living room gives off a very romantic feeling but is very comforting as well. They can all curl up together and enjoy a nice fire within the fireplace.

The next choice is an actual house. Zola needs some playing space outside right? This home sits on .11 acres of land and is located at 11 Elm Lawn. It has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms bringing us to one room for Zola, one room for Meredith and Derek, a playroom for Zola, 2 offices, and how about a little home gym? Sounds perfect to me. It also offers a delightful in-wall library.

GA Apt 4 Stain Glass
A beautiful stained glass window is placed nicely by the staircase. I’d love waking up to that beauty every single morning. Meredith will definitely be one lucky lady waking up with McDreamy and this beautiful stained glass window.

After looking at all of these homes which one do you guys think Meredith and Derek will choose? They have a lot of tough decisions to make that’s for sure!

I don’t care about Grey’s Anatomy, I just like looking at Boston real estate.
I like the 3rd choice best for myself. Since 1,600 sq.ft is a good amount of space in a city. And I like the old architectural details. They make you feel like you really live in Boston. There are plenty of houses in my area of NY state that are around the 1,300 sq.ft mark and families live in them, i.e. more than 3 people.
