2. Chai Apple Butter Ricotta Toast

Out of this world dreamy, this chai apple butter ricotta toast is unreasonably good. Crave dessert for breakfast? Here’s your cheat:

  • 10 medium apples, peeled and chopped
  • 8 oz chai

Take a large saucepan and combine apples, chai, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook the mixture over medium-high heat, stirring often, until apples are broken down. This should take around 45 minutes. Then use a wooden spoon to break down any remaining large apple pieces. Reduce heat to medium, then continue cooking until the apples are completely broken down and butter carries a thick and dark consistency (this should be an additional 1.5 – 2 hours).
