You might recognize Heather Graham as “Rollergirl” from her big break on “Boogie Nights”, or maybe even from “The Hangover”. Wherever you’ve seen her, it won’t be at her previous Beachwood Canyon home in Hollywood Hills as she has now listed it on the market for $2.85 million. Originally built in 1927, Graham’s home was once owned by famous novelist Zane Grey. The authentic detailing is telling of the home’s celebrity history. Through the rotunda entry, the space offers beamed wood ceilings, arched doorways, and tile detailing. The three-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home opens up to a unique living room which includes a sunlit lounge area. Splashes of color are seen throughout the home, offering refreshing contrasts with the high white walls. Stepping into the kitchen, you’ll notice the updated appliances and Spanish tile backsplash.
