College Creek
Contemporary and ranch-style homes
The roads are lined with sidewalks and lit by streetlamps. The well-kept lawns are shaded by a diverse sampling of tree species, and most yards are fenced in. The majority of homes have attached garages and were built between the mid-1970s and around 2020. Contemporary-style houses are the most common design throughout, but there are also several ranch styles. The houses are priced from $210,000 to $480,000. Condos from the 1980s and '90s are on the neighborhood's northeast corner and are priced from $160,000 to $210,000. A cluster of apartments is on College Creek's southeast corner. "A lot of college students live in apartments," Metschke says. "Young professionals are attracted to the condos and townhomes, which are both for sale and rent."Public schools within walking distance
