Homes in Central Boulder are lined along winding residential roads that are shaded by tall trees. Single-story, ranch-style and prairie-style homes are common in the neighborhood and go for $1 million to $1.7 million. Units can cost $475,000 to $900,000 depending on the number of levels and bedrooms.
