Home variety and a hot market
A variety of architectural styles live among Olde Providence’s sophisticated streetscapes. Sleek ranch homes meet stately Colonials and Dutch cottages on the neighborhood’s rolling hills. Recent developments have introduced elaborate new French Provincial-inspired homes and millennium mansions to the area. Olde Providence is becoming more desirable and continuously growing in population and price point. Local Realtor Jessica Smith with Keller Williams South Park says, “The neighborhood is skyrocketing because people are making homes more functional for growing households.” Residents are reinvigorating these solidly built midcentury structures with modernized floor plans and updated finishes. Home values can range from $460,000 and $800,000, although larger and newer properties can list for over $2 million. Also, when homes get listed, they rarely stay on the market for long.Saturday morning little league and summer pool days
