Cal State Fullerton

The Cal State Fullerton neighborhood surrounds California State University, Fullerton and encompasses a significant portion of the city of Fullerton. A blend of academic energy and suburban ambiance, this neighborhood is shaped by its student population and local residents. “It’s a picturesque part of town,” says local Realtor David Drake. You’ve got the CSU campus, which is very walkable, and on top of that, there’s Craig Regional Park and the hiking trails.

Numerous eateries close to the university offer quick bites, with cafes, sandwich shops, and fast-food joints, ideal for the on-the-go student.
