But the neighborhood’s location makes it easy to access the rest of the city. “It’s close to Highway 62, light rail transit stops and the Mississippi River, including the Mississippi River dog park and trails leading to Fort Snelling State Park,” Archer says. It’s about 10 miles (20 minutes) to downtown Minneapolis and downtown Saint Paul. Metro Transit buses and the Blue Line light rail stop in the area.

Morris Park and waterfront parks offer outdoor fun
