Area homes are roomy enough for growing families, schools are nearby and you’ll find great parks in every direction,” says Will Hagel, Realtor with BHHS Ambassador Real Estate. The neighborhood is close to historic Benson, but it offers homes with more competitive pricing. “Another thing that sets North Omaha apart is the prevalence of midcentury ranch-style homes and split-levels, which are becoming popular again.
