North Omaha attracts young families with its parks and schools

“Young, busy families are easily attracted to North Omaha. Area homes are roomy enough for growing families, schools are nearby and you’ll find great parks in every direction,” says Will Hagel, Realtor with BHHS Ambassador Real Estate. The neighborhood is close to historic Benson, but it offers homes with more competitive pricing. “Another thing that sets North Omaha apart is the prevalence of midcentury ranch-style homes and split-levels, which are becoming popular again. Homebuyers are often surprised to find many of them well-updated or fully renovated," Hagel adds.
