Arroyo and Sitka willow trees surround hiking trails across 2,416 acres of land, and the summit of San Bruno Mountain is 1,314 feet. Lake Merced is 4 miles west and allows fishing and boating.

Ocean Ale House offers live music and a relaxed setting, and Go Go 7 serves Korean barbeque. H Mart San Francisco is an Asian grocery chain frequented by San Franciscans from all over the city.
