When Beverlywood was first developed, housing consisted mostly of single-story midcentury modern designs and cottages. Over time, many homes were expanded or renovated with luxury upgrades. “There’s a huge amount of construction. It feels like almost half the area has been redeveloped,” says Alexander Masket, a broker associate with Compass who grew up in LA. “You’re seeing a lot of legacy owners who rebuild on their lots because they want to stay a part of the community.” Homes typically range from around $1.4 million to $5.8 million. There are also a few condo complexes located along the northern edge of the neighborhood, and units typically sell for between $400,000 and $1.4 million. "The demand for Beverlywood continues to grow," Masket says. "I know multiple owners who are solicited almost daily."

You’re also within walking distance from Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive.” In addition, Beverlywood offers proximity to the Santa Monica and San Diego freeways. It’s about a 2-mile drive to Century City, and downtown LA is about 10 miles east.
