A private club in Idaho is luring new residents with custom homesites — and access to an exclusive health services membership that includes IV infusions and stem cell therapies.
CDA National Reserve, a nature preserve and private sporting club in Coeur d’Alene, has plans to launch sales for two new developer-built collections this summer, according to a Wednesday news release.
The first, Fairway Lodges, is a collection of 24 residences designed by DZign Group and Morrison Interiors.
The homes are on the 17th fairway of the club’s golf course, boasting views of the links and the mountains. Reservations for the properties open July 3, and prices start at $2 million. Move-in is anticipated for next summer.
The second collection, The Lake Lodges, includes “contemporary two-story duplexes with views of the lake.” The homes will be designed by Hart Howerton.
Additionally, the club offers custom homesites starting at $535,000 and built residences priced from the mid-$2 million range.
The club offers health-centric amenities
But more than just real estate, the club is launching a new exclusive “personalized, data-driven health program” in collaboration with Clinic 5C, a local integrated health practice.
The program includes “a monthly IV infusion, quarterly appointments, a custom supplement and health plan, an Oura ring to optimize health data tracking, and access to recovery treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna and ozone or red-light therapy,” according to the release.
Residents with the membership also get “exclusive pricing for stem cell therapies, stem cell banking and other regenerative therapies to aid in healing, recovery, and rejuvenation.”
It’s part of the preserve’s efforts to “meet the needs of today’s discerning members and buyers who prioritize wellness and immersive experiences with family,” according to John Cochrane, chief operating officer at CDA National Reserve.
Other new amenities include an archery course and a waterpark outfitted with floats. There’s also bird hunting, axe throwing and newly improved trails.
“The club provides the option to tee off in the morning on the private championship golf course, mountain bike in the afternoon and then end the day with a sunset cruise on beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene,” Cochrane added in his statement.
