Pulte Homes is launching sales at a new community in Heber City, Utah, returning to the state after about two decades.

Deep Creek at Jordanelle Ridge offers eight single-family house designs as part of its Canyon series, with prices starting in the mid-$700,000s, the Atlanta-based builder said in a statement. The houses will range from about 2,500 to 2,920 square feet and feature up to four bedrooms and two- and three-car garages, the company said.

Model homes are set to open in August.

The community is just off Interstate 40, about 15 minutes from Park City and 45 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport.

Pulte also said it plans to kick off townhouse sales in the development later in the year, with models expected to open in early 2025.

What's more, residents of Deep Creek at Jordanelle Ridge will be members of The Ridge Club, an amenity center featuring a gathering barn, fitness room, movement studio, pickleball courts, kids club and entertainment spaces.

"Deep Creek at Jordanelle Ridge offers an exceptional opportunity to live in a vibrant community surrounded by natural beauty, just minutes from world-class amenities," Ryan Breen, president of PulteGroup's Las Vegas division, said in a statement.

Pulte Homes is one of six brands operated by PulteGroup. The others are Del Webb, Centex, DiVosta, American West and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. The company operates in more than 45 markets nationwide, building for first-time, move-up and 55-and-over buyers.
