A group of real estate agents who previously worked for Douglas Elliman have moved to Serhant.
Shaun Anders, Alex Andrejko, Nicholas Compagnone, Glenn Davis, Austin Goodman, Daniel Kent and Lyndsay Kimball will now be known as the New York Collaborative team under Serhant, the firm announced Thursday. Davis, in particular, is one of New York City's top-producing agents with almost 20 years of experience and $1 billion in career sales, the company said.
Real estate agent and television personality Ryan Serhant founded Serhant in the Big Apple in September 2020. The Texas native is perhaps best known for being featured on Bravo's series "Million Dollar Listing New York" and starring in his own Netflix reality show called "Owning Manhattan." His company has grown to house more than 1,300 agents who work in 13 markets — including Arizona, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina and Rhode Island. The firm has spent much of 2025 nabbing agents from rival companies.
Davis said in a statement Thursday that he and Serhant have been "friends for years" and that joining the company will allow his colleagues "to immediately capture market share and add value where it’s needed."
Davis, who specializes in new developments, recently worked as a co-founder of real estate agent team Noble Black and Partners. Noble Black departed Elliman in September to rejoin The Corcoran Group.
In a statement, Serhant called Davis "one of the most respected and accomplished real estate brokers in the country."
"Having him and his team join Serhant is awesome," the agent said.
The New York Collaborative team is the latest in a flurry of agent hires from Serhant this year. The company said it plans to open an office in Rhode Island early next year with more than 30 agents. The brokerage opened an office in Washington, D.C., in July, and former Long & Foster agents — Anna Mackler and Barak Sky — joined the company last month. A five-person team of North Carolina agents — known as the OBX Island Guys — joined Serhant in August while a husband-and-wife team in Atlanta joined the firm in July.
