A husband-and-wife team of entrepreneurial real estate agents has joined the fast-growing Serhant brokerage in Atlanta.

Jeff Beal formerly served as managing partner and broker at The Agency North Atlanta. His wife, Cindy Steedle, was senior agent and co-managing partner. Their team, The Signature Collective, handles sales of luxury residential, mountain and vacation homes, land and commercial properties across Georgia.

Beal and Steedle become Serhant's 10th and 11th agents in Atlanta. The firm expanded to Georgia's capital and largest city in November with the addition of The Atlas Group.

"This gives us the platform to serve our clients at the highest level and scale our business nationwide,” Beal said in an emailed statement to Homes.com.

Serhant, founded by agent Ryan Serhant in 2020, is featured in the Netflix series "Owning Manhattan." It expanded nationally in 2023 and says it has over 1,000 agents and 100 full-time employees. Aside from Georgia, it operates in eight other states: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

Beal and Steedle met in 2010 and married in 2015. Beal earned a real estate license in 2014, and Steedle followed in 2020.

Steedle, a Newnan, Georgia, native, wears a signature cowgirl hat and markets herself under the nickname "Rodeo," saying it represents resilience.

An injury ended her career as a Junior Olympic diver. In addition, she endured the loss of her first child in 1997 and battled and beat cancer. Once more than 100 pounds overweight, Steedle regained her health and ultimately entered and won national women's physique competitions.

The couple co-founded Stables Motor Condos, a commercial development selling private garage condos to car collectors and motorsports enthusiasts.

They also plan to launch a podcast in the coming weeks called "Breaking Ground: Building the Dream with 'RODEO' & Jeff." They say they will discuss how they juggle real estate deals and other business ventures along with marriage and faith.

In 2021, Beal and Steedle started Angels Wings Foundation, a non-profit that helps raise and distribute money for health and human services causes.
