This story was corrected on Oct. 31 to say the team had $1 billion in sales in three years.

One of Orlando, Florida’s top-rated real estate teams has joined Miami-based Real Brokerage.

The Pozek Group, a 31-agent team founded in 2016, has joined the tech-heavy national brokerage after working in the Orlando metro with Keller Williams since 2010.

Real launched in 2014. Ken Pozek, a 22-year veteran of the industry, first worked with Real for five months in 2022, but his team didn't have the communication structure to handle that volume of calls.

“I had a lot of people reaching out, too many to keep up,” he said. “I came back to [Keller Williams] knowing I really wanted to be at Real the whole time.”

In addition to a revenue-sharing program, Real has a “culture of collaboration” that drew Pozek to them. “There’s a lot of great brokerages out there, but for me, it made the most sense to go with Real,” he said.

Pozek says his group is on track to reach $400 million in sales this year, with more than 600 clients. Since 2023, his group has hit near $1 billion, he said.

Group connects with Orlando

The Pozek Group maintains a popular real estate and Orlando culture blog, with videos and podcasts called TheOrlandoReal.com. The group is the official real estate partner of the Orlando Magic NBA team. In 2025, the group was awarded Best Real Estate Company by Orlando Weekly.

Pozek said he plans to continue serving the Orlando market. “I want to go really deep into Orlando still,” he said, adding that his goal was to serve “a couple thousand homebuyers a year.”

The group has 20 employees other than its agents, Pozek said. He said the group will stay in the same building in Winter Garden, but Pozek said they are preparing to move into a larger suite.

“More studio space and more space for agents to join us.”
