A Scottsdale estate that recently wrapped construction was built with privacy — and security — in mind.

The home at 11612 N. 86th Street comes with seven bedrooms — and a fortified safe room that's built to withstand disaster. The property also features 2,200 square feet of "smart glass" that transitions from translucent to opaque at the touch of a button. For any extra unease, the home boasts 32 AI-grade cameras that can monitor activity throughout the property.

The 8,600-square-foot home is on the market for $15 million.

"This property is specifically built for someone that values security," listing broker Ari Jakobov with eXp Realty said in an interview with Homes.com. "More than likely, the buyer that purchases it is going to be a high-profile celebrity who wants the privacy but also wants the luxury resort style living."

Builder packs home with top-flight amenities

The builder, Modern Masterpieces, purchased the 0.83-acre lot in 2022 for about $1.25 million, according to Homes.com.

The team knocked down an existing four-bedroom, 2,125-square-foot home to make way for its luxury spec project.

Builders note that a hidden "nuclear safe room" behind a military-grade door can protect residents from disaster. It comes with an air-scrubbing machine that emits fresh oxygen.

Marketing efforts try to 'wow' the right audience

The brokerage is targeting high-income individuals as prospective buyers. That effort starts with creating a social media buzz that reaches across the globe, Jakobov said.

"Many of these individuals we're targeting are in China, Dubai, London, Singapore, Canada and [the United States]," Jakobov said.

His team created dozens of videos that Jakobov said garnered over a million views across social media platforms. In one of those videos, the home served as a venue for an event tied to Scottsdale Fashion Week 2025.

The property is located in Scottsdale's "Cactus Corridor," just off Cactus Road and the Loop 101 freeway.

"It's a great blend of privacy, quiet, peace, but yet it's the heart of Scottsdale, where everything really happens," Jakobov said.
